You can book an appointment at the service point. In-person appointments are available in Finnish or Swedish only. Book an appointment.

You can visit our service point without an appointment when the service point is open for all customers, including those without an appointment. Customers are served on a first-come-first-served basis.

The service point has a queue number machine in use. Please note that when the customer service point is overloaded, the queue number machine can be switched off about an hour before the service point's closing time.
