Stands of different sizes have been marked on the floor plan of the exhibition area. Exhibitors can book either an exhibition space, for whose construction and furnishing the exhibitor is responsible, or a ready-built stand.
Booking of exhibition space
On the booking form, mark the stand you are primarily interested in and alternative stands. If you want a stand of a different size, please say so in the comment field. Bookings are filled in the order of booking. The booking will, however, primarily be granted to the first booker of the entire space. The price of an exhibition space consists of the number of square metres of floor space and the price per square metre. (Example A1: 9 m2 stand in the foyer * price per square metre €190 + VAT 24% = €2,120.40)
Ready-built stands:
- The price of a 4 m2 stand includes an info desk with logo, electricity and a bar stool. The stand also includes a wall-to-wall carpet.
- The price of a 6 m2 stand includes wall elements, a logo on the back wall, lighting, electricity, bar table and carpet. The stand has a concrete floor. The colour of the carpet can be selected later.
- The price of a 9 m2 stand includes wall elements, a logo on the back wall, lighting, electricity and bar table. The stand also includes a wall-to-wall carpet.
The prices of exhibition spaces and ready-built stands are shown on the floor plan. VAT 24% will be added to the prices.
Restrictions concerning the exhibition space: Exhibition objects that are higher than 250 centimetres and heavier than 1,000 kilograms must be agreed upon separately with the organiser and Messukeskus.
