Microsoft services have been affected by an extensive disruption – may affect our appointment booking system and e-mail

Global problems have been noted in the Microsoft 365 cloud service. The disruption affects services in use at the National Land Survey, such as e-mail and the customer service's appointment booking system.

We ask our customers to be observant when booking an appointment or sending e-mail to the National Land Survey. If you have not received an acknowledgement message regarding your appointment booking or e-mail, it is possible that your message has not reached us. If this happens, please try again when the disruption has been fixed.

Microsoft has informed the public that they are currently investigating the reason for the disruption. We will inform the public when the disruption has been fixed. We apologise for any inconveniences caused by the disruption.
