You can find the street addresses and opening times of the National Land Surgery of Finland customer service points on this page. 

Please note that when our customer service is overloaded, we will only take as many customers in our queue as we can provide service for before the service point's closing time. If the service point has a queue number machine in use, it can be switched off an hour before the service point's closing time.

Our most overloaded service points is currently Helsinki. Our other service points are also overloaded from time to time.

Customer service appointments

Note: Most of our service points do not provide appointments. You are always welcome to visit us during opening hours. Customers are served on a first-come-first-served basis.

We are piloting appointments in our customer service in the following locations: Hämeenlinna, Joensuu, Kajaani, Lahti, Pori and Tampere. Walk-in customer service remains available in these locations.

Please note! On some days, our service points in Kajaani, Joensuu and Tampere are only open for customers with an appointment.
