Note: In-person appointments are available in Finnish only. Appointments can only be booked on our website.

Reservation instructions
- Open the reservation page for the service point of your choice from the relevant link.
- Select Customer Service as the type of service, and you will be shown a calendar with the available appointment dates and times.
- Select an appointment that is suitable for you. Enter your contact details and the reason for your visit.
- Finally, click Make a reservation.
- You will receive a confirmation email. Make sure to save this email, as it includes links to change or cancel your appointment.
- Your matter may be subject to a fee. We will inform you of these fees during your visit.
If there are no free appointment slots
You can visit our service point without an appointment when the service point is open for all customers, including those without an appointment. Customers are served on a first-come-first-served basis.
Please note! On some days, our service points in Kajaani, Joensuu and Tampere are only open for customers with an appointment.
