 Formation of the fee

If a unit/units of two or more properties is/are transferred to two or more properties The payment is determined based on the receiving properties. For each property, the basic fee is €335, to which the number of consequent transfers * €110 will be added if there are units from more than one property attached.

The fee is determined as above also when the joint property unit share is formed into a new property.

Example:

The owner of property A has purchased a unit in property B’s joint water area and a unit in property C’s joint boat shore from the same seller. Properties B and C are not subject to mortgages and the units are transferred to property A.

The minimum charge period is 15 minutes. Hourly pricing is used in specifications of ownership, for instance, when the property is owned by a death estate and the information of the parties to the death estate is not in the National Land Survey's register. The National Land Survey can check in the Population Information System if the deceased has a living spouse or children and search the address information from there.
