The technical disruption that was noted in the Public Purchase Witness Directory has been fixed and the service is once again available. The service has undergone a change, now you log into the service using strong authentication.

Log into the service via Suomi.fi Identification. You can identify yourself using Finnish bank codes, a mobile certificate or an electronic ID or smart card issued by the Digital and Population Services Agency.

You can also request a public purchase witness by contacting the National Land Survey's customer service, the Digital and Population Data Services Agency, the National Enforcement Authority Finland, a lawyer's office, your municipality, your bank, or a real estate agency. We recommend using an internet search engine with the search term "public purchase witness" and your location.
