The fee is specific for each property receiving or real estate to be formed.
If a mortgage or registered pension entitlement are released in connection to performing the operation, separate charges will apply.

If a unit/units of two or more properties is/are transferred to two or more properties | The payment is determined based on the receiving properties. For each property, the basic fee is €350, to which the number of consequent transfers * €120 will be added if there are units from more than one property attached. |
The fee is determined as above also when the joint property unit share is formed into a new property.
Example:
The owner of property A has purchased a unit in property B’s joint water area and a unit in property C’s joint boat shore from the same seller. Properties B and C are not subject to mortgages and the units are transferred to property A.
