Land Information Service
The use of the Land Information Service is invoiced once a month retrospectively. If the accrued sum is less than €30 for the month, the invoice will be transferred to the following month.
There is an establishment fee for opening the service. After that, a monthly maintenance fee will be charged for each user, regardless of whether they used the service during the month or not.
In addition to the maintenance fee, you will also be charged for the products and information you have searched for. For example, you can use the map restriction to search for properties, and the search results will be displayed as a list of properties. There is no charge for searching for properties to the list. If the user selects a property from the list and searches for a Basic information product, they will be charged the price in accordance with the Basic register unit data product.
Usernames will be closed if the invoice is not paid despite notifications. We charge an additional fee of €5 for payment reminders. Reopening the service costs €94,19 + VAT. The service is not opened automatically. Instead, the customer must contact the customer service of the Land Information Service after they have paid the invoice.

The service is subject to a material fee based on the number of searches. The fee depends on the actual number of searches. The table presents how much the material and fee is for different numbers of searches. In addition to the material fee, a delivery fee of €1 189,60 per year (€1 492,95 per year, incl. VAT 24%) is charged. Public authorities do not have to pay the material fee when performing their official duties.
