The prices of the National Land Survey of Finland are cost prices. This means that they cover the associated costs but do not generate any profit. These prices will remain valid for one or two years, depending on the decree on charges applied.
This year, the new Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry on the National Land Survey of Finland's fees and the fees and charges for the certification of purchase was exceptionally ratified in October, because the amendments to the Code of Real Estate will enter into force on 1 November 2024.
Cadastral survey fees, prices in the Land Information Service, prices in interface services, and prices for, for instance, map printouts will not change on 1 November. These current prices will remain valid until the end of 2024.
