The trunk of our strategy tree is the Resilience and Solutions for People. Resilience is increasingly part of every new application area and human interaction plays both positive and negative role in it. People are more and more concerned about security and privacy of their digital information, as the social media platforms and cloud based data storages play larger role in our everyday life. However, we in the developed world are bound to provide capacity building and teaching to less developed countries. Cli-mate change is introducing drastical changes to our environment. Hazardous weather phenomena are increasing in intensity and occurence, causingnatural disasters. Warm-ing of our climate aids new pests to spread into our ecosystems and dry seasons can cause forest and peat fires. Situational awareness in dangerous work environments shows how important it is to provide precise positioning of all employees in real time in these areas. Citizen science can be a huge assest in future and it can play big role in capacity building showing how to get all local people involved.
